The kids have been making placards this week (big thank you to Archie’s family for the recycled materials) and you can see some of their work in the pics on the right. A big shout out to Mia, our Baking Club Educator, who completed the full marathon on Sunday. We are in awe of her, and everyone else who ran. Well done all of you!

CLUB NEWS ::

  • The kids that wanted to, were free this week to make PLACARDS and signs for the CLIMATE STRIKE on Friday. It was amazing to hear the older kids explaining to the younger ones what it’s all about, answer their questions and also discuss with the Educators what we can all do better, to help the planet. An inspiring bunch of kids!

  • In ART & CRAFT we created DRAGONS EGGS, using all sorts of fabulous materials to create beautiful designs on the outside.

  • We didn’t let the weather rain on our parade this week, with lots of activities in the Hall, dance, magnets, group games and even a sneaky bit of SOCCER when the weather allowed it.

  • We also got cosy in the Hive room with loads of activities, some amazing HULA HOOP action and lots of time in the READING corner
