There are hundreds of parents and children in our Hive family, and we love to hear from you when we’re getting things right! Not happy?

Our centre is all about families, so if you’re not happy, then nor are we.

We believe in open communication and ongoing improvement, so if you feel there’s an issue - please let us know immediately. We’ll do what we can to fix things, and avoid the same thing happening again.

Our Child & Family Liaison Lead is your ‘go to’, so please speak to Edie in person at the Hive, email her or call her on 0450 896 686. You’re also welcome to speak to any of the team at the centre - just look for the black / yellow tees, red hoodies and name badges!

Anything you raise will be treated with respect and sensitivity by staff and discussed in our daily scrum or weekly senior team meeting.
