2026 enrolments will open in late October 2025
This webpage will be updated with more detail in September 2025.
Welcome! Enrol here for 2025
Before you start, please read the notes below - they will help…!
Complete one form per child - you’ll need 20-30mins per form. Complete each form in one sitting to ensure you only have to enter the information once and to avoid duplicate profiles being made at the centre.
Complete the form on a computer, NOT a phone and use Google Chrome, NOT Safari - otherwise your enrolment will not submit correctly
Separated parents should each create their own enrolment. When registering Parent 2, you can choose to omit their email address. This will ensure that your bookings are accessible by you (Parent 1) alone, but will still allow Parent 2 whichever consents you grant them.
There is a $100 annual membership fee per enrolling parent, regardless of the number of children. This will be debited in the first weekly cycle after your re-enrolment is approved
It is a condition of enrolment that you sign up to our nominated payment gateway, Debit Success. Note: only the enrolling parent can access the financial section of the app, or make payments.
This checklist will help you to have all information/documents ready:
Child's CRN (CCS cannot flow without this)
Enrolling parent CRN (CCS cannot flow without this)
Immunisation certificate OR exemption form IM011 - regulations state every enrolment must include one or the other
Clear digital photo of child's face
Any court/parenting orders
Any asthma/anaphylaxis or medical plans
Contact details for your doctor
Details for at least one emergency contact
Account/card details, ready to sign up to Debit Success
Below is a short tutorial for enrolment in Xplor’s digital enrolment form.
Once your enrolment is approved, you'll receive an email from no-reply@myxplor.com.au - check your spam/junk!)
This email invites you to create your Xplor Home parent account. Please do this immediately - it takes 2 minutes
Please download the XPLOR HOME app, for android and apple - then log in and take a look around!
Any questions, email us at bookings@thehivebondi.com.au.
CWA Approval & CCS Enrolment Confirmation
Your Complying Written Agreement (CWA) with the HIVE is the key process to ensuring you receive your CCS correctly whilst your child is in care. A Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) is an agreement to provide care in return for fees. All child enrolments at the HIVE must have an agreed CWA for the family to be eligible for CCS.
You must sign the CWA in the Xplor home App and confirm your child's government enrolment through MyGov prior to their start date at the service.
