SUMMARY OF POLICY CHANGE:
Staff development, satisfaction and retention are key to the ongoing success of The Hive, and better-qualified staff will deliver a higher-quality service. This policy has been updated with new format, specific responsibilities for team members and to include limited support from the Hive for permanent staff wishing to undertake relevant tertiary studies from the list of the ACECQA-approved qualifications relevant to an OSHC setting.
