/🏖️ Summer Holiday Program - it’s a wrap! 🏖️
WHAT A HOLIDAY PROGRAM!!! We got stuck into TREE HOUSE BUILDING with Julie Zommers, enjoyed a GIANT mega-slide, ROCK CLIMBING, BILLY KART and ROCKET making, a sunny trip to REDLEAF BEACH, SURFING with Let’s Go Surfing, soooo much SLIP ‘N’ SLIDE and HIVE POOLS time, CUBBIES galore, ARCHERY, SKATEBOARDING with Concrete Skate, and LOOSE PARTS PLAY with Reverse Garbage (which the kids absolutely LOVED, and has inspired us to start building our own loose parts library!), plus a special CONNECT TO COUNTRY day, BUBBLE SOCCER and SO much MORE!!!! 🌿🏄♀️🛹✨
This week, our team also took part in some important professional learning days. We refreshed our First Aid and CPR training and dived into Play Theory and Reframing Behaviour workshops with our favourite Kerrie from CELA (Community Early Learning Australia). We wrapped it all up with an educators-only turn on the famous inflatable slip ’n’ slide (see below!) 😄
